De Cecco Pomodori Pelati are plunged into boiling water, skinned and immersed in a dense tomato juice which makes them ideal for preparing the basis of creamy sauces.
De Cecco only uses Italian-grown tomatoes which are picked when just ripe to bring you the typical fragrance and flavour of Italian tomatoes.
